- 你的照片不会上传给我们。本 App 仅在设备上处理照片、视频、缩略图、相册元数据和整理记录，不会将其发送给 CC Studio 或其他第三方。通过 Apple iCloud 按需获取媒体的情况见下文。
- 我们不建立账号，不要求姓名、电话、通讯录或精确位置；也不使用相册内容投放广告、识别人脸或训练 AI。
1. 相册权限和本地处理
只有你在 iOS 系统弹窗中授权后，本 App 才能访问你允许的照片和视频。你可以授予全部或部分照片权限，也可以拒绝，并随时在 iPhone「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 照片」中更改。拒绝后，相册整理功能不可用。
本 App 在设备上读取媒体类型、日期、尺寸、时长及本地资源标识，用于浏览、排序、筛选、重复照片识别和保存整理进度。缩略图缓存和已查看、待删除等记录均保存在设备上，不会上传给开发者或第三方。
加入待删除队列不会立即删除照片。只有你最终确认后，本 App 才请求 iOS 照片图库删除所选项目，项目通常会进入系统「最近删除」。如原片存于 iCloud，Apple PhotoKit 可能按需从 iCloud 获取媒体；该传输由 Apple 处理，不会经过我们的服务器。
2. 购买与反馈
会员购买由 Apple App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。本 App 读取经验证的交易结果与权益状态，不接触银行卡信息或 Apple ID 密码。Apple 的处理方式见 Apple 隐私政策。
只有你主动发送反馈邮件时，我们才会收到你填写的邮箱地址、邮件正文及附件，仅用于处理反馈。支持邮件通常在问题解决后不超过 12 个月删除，法律另有要求的除外。发送前请不要附上不必要的私人照片。
3. 共享和你的控制方式
我们不出售照片或相册整理记录，也不向广告商、数据经纪商或第三方分析服务提供这些信息。
你可以撤回相册权限、在 App「设置」中清除可清除的本地整理记录，或卸载 App。Apple 的购买记录不会因卸载而消失。你也可以通过下面的邮箱请求查询或删除支持邮件记录。
4. 未成年人、更新与联系
本 App 不专门面向儿童，也不要求提供年龄信息。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用，尤其是在删除照片或购买会员前。
如果功能或数据处理方式发生实质变化，我们会更新本政策并通过适当方式告知；法律要求时会另行取得同意。

The essentials
- Your photos are not uploaded to us. The app processes photos, videos, thumbnails, photo metadata and organization records on your device and does not send them to CC Studio or other third parties. On-demand retrieval through Apple iCloud is explained below.
- We do not create user accounts or ask for your name, phone number, contacts or precise location. We do not use your library for advertising, face recognition or AI training.
1. Photo access and on-device processing
The app accesses only the photos and videos you allow through the iOS permission prompt. You may grant full or limited access, refuse access, and change your choice at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos. Photo organization is unavailable without permission.
On your device, the app reads media type, date, dimensions, duration and local asset identifiers to display, sort and filter media, find duplicates, and save your progress. Thumbnails and local records such as viewed and pending-deletion status stay on your device and are not uploaded to us or any third party.
Adding an item to the deletion queue does not delete it. Only after your final confirmation does the app ask the iOS Photos library to delete selected items, which normally move to Recently Deleted. If originals are in iCloud, Apple PhotoKit may retrieve them on demand through Apple’s services; they do not pass through our servers.
2. Purchases and support
Apple App Store and StoreKit process memberships and purchases. The app reads verified transaction results and entitlements, but not card details or your Apple ID password. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
We receive your email address, message and attachments only if you choose to send a support email. We use them to handle your request and generally delete support mail within 12 months after the issue is resolved, unless law requires otherwise. Please avoid attaching private photos unless necessary.
3. Sharing and your choices
We do not sell photos or local organization records, or provide them to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party analytics services.
You can change photo permission, clear available local organization records in the app’s Settings, or uninstall the app. Apple’s purchase records remain with Apple. You may contact us to access or delete support emails.
4. Children, changes and contact
This app is not designed specifically for children and does not ask for age information. Minors should use it with a guardian’s guidance, particularly before deleting photos or buying a membership.
If our features or data practices materially change, we will update this policy and give appropriate notice, obtaining consent where required by law.
